Core Community Church

Salary/Range: TBD
Shelby, Ohio

Core Community Church is a church located in North Central Ohio looking to be a church that fulfills God’s calling for us to be the hope of the world. We are growing, hold two services, and are committed to continually making changes to become a church that makes a big impact in our city. We are contemporary in style and looking for a candidate who wants to be a part of an “Only God” story – only God could have done something that big in that city with that church. Our mission is to lead people one step closer to Jesus Christ every day. Our vison is to become a church fully committed to the unchurched. We believe that the heart of Christ was to reach lost people, and we want the heart of Core to model that. Being on staff at Core will require big risks, but reaching people no one else is reaching requires us to do things no one else is doing. We want our services & environments to be Christ-centered, creative, fun, done with excellence, and relevant to our everyday lives. The church has been given the most powerful message of all time and at Core, we desire to share that message with passion and excellence. We believe this position has the potential to take us to the next level.

On top of that, we will be transitioning from our current 6000+ square foot facility into a remodel of a 33,000+ square foot property in 2022. We’ve also acquired a 37,000+ square foot property that will become a Community Outreach Center for our city. We’re looking for a candidate who is ready to go on a ride, willing to dream big dreams, share big visions, & take on big tasks for the sake of Kingdom advancement. There are big things coming!
