Position Summary: This job is a Full-time position at a growing non-Denominational multi-site Church in Southeast Houston. The student ministry team at New Hope is fully committed to our mission of helping students know Christ and make Him known. This person will be organizing, equipping, and mentoring students to lead worship. This person will also help with technology and events, as well as any other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Ministries or Campus Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Form student worship bands
Equip and mentor NH Students to become a part of worship bands
Schedule bands/players
Direct/instruct bands
Schedule and instruct band practices
Sound and tech support
Periodic Student ministry events
Other duties may be assigned
