An established maintenance company, in the Littleton area, is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented high school/college student looking for a summer job in outdoor grounds maintenance. Willing to train, no experience necessary.

The ideal candidate would be a student on summer break, looking for employment that is physically demanding, mainly outdoors, and full time. The preferred timeframe is from late May to mid-August, with time off for public holidays and preapproved/scheduled vacations. Preferably 35-40 hours a week with flexible start and end times. The pay rate is $17/hour with work guaranteed up to 40 hours/week. The work involved includes, but is not limited to:

• Landscape maintenance, mowing lawns, and grass trimming
• Irrigation maintenance
• Tree and shrub trimming
• Trash and recycling

• Livestock care
• Exterior building, roofing, furniture, and patio maintenance
• Vehicle and watercraft maintenance and detailing
• Dog care

Reliable transportation to and from work is required to the primary location near W. Bowles Ave, which is not far from Columbine High School. Candidate will need to pass a background check and complete a drug screening as well.
