Douglas County Christian Counseling (DCCC) is a supportive, professional mental health clinic serving the least resourced. We believe people are resilient, with the strength and values to move towards a life of well-being. Our mission is to guide the least resourced toward the well-being of body, mind, and spirit.
We are seeking licensed therapists who want to work in a supportive group practice. DCCC has employees and not contract workers. As a result, DCCC provides insurance, office space, professional case consultation, and legal services. In addition, DCCC provides electronic medical records, billing services, flexible work schedules, and family and medical leave insurance. Part-time and full-time positions are available. The rate for a therapy session is $86, and also paid hours for meetings and case consultations. We have offices in Parker and Aurora.
