The Virtual Meeting Host will support and facilitate virtual meetings for the OMF (U.S.) Team using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and/or other virtual meeting tools.

Major Responsibilities

Host Virtual Meetings

• Serve as the host for virtual meetings, which may include team meetings, prayer meetings, and training sessions. Meetings may happen on a regular schedule every week or occasional training sessions that run several days in one week.
• Prepare for meetings in advance, which may include having files ready to share on screen, preparing meeting polls, etc.
• Manage the Waiting Room to allow meeting participants to join.
• Provide support during the meeting such as sharing files on screen, managing breakout rooms, launching polls, etc.
