Full-Time Worship Leader

 

Position Requirements

– Have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ

– Experience in leading modern worship and knowledge of technology

– Skilled in recruitment, training, and empowerment of volunteers in music and tech ministries

– Willingness to be a team player with other staff members and ministries

– Proficient in modern technology such as Ableton, Pro Presenter and Planning Center

– Team-oriented leader

 

Responsibilities Pertaining to Worship 

– To lead the congregation in worship on Sunday mornings and special events when

 appropriate (funerals, occasional evening services, etc.) 

– To develop teams by recruiting, training, and empowering volunteers to lead in worship 

– To use our building and resources to design an appropriate and beautiful setting for 

 weekly worship 

– To work weekly with the lead pastor to plan the worship services strategically 

– To oversee the leading, instructing, training and development of the Tech Team 

– To oversee the production of Sunday mornings for live streaming and recording 

– To manage the budget for areas under the Worship Pastor’s supervision
