Grace Community Covenant Church is looking for a Youth Ministry Coordinator. Grace
is a passionate Evangelical Covenant Church with a mission to love God, follow Christ,
and make a Kingdom difference. The Youth Ministry Coordinator is a 15-20 hour/week
position with room to expand as the ministry grows. The person in this position will work
closely with the lead pastor to fulfill the duties of the position.
Duties of the Position
• Through prayer and discernment, develop and execute a strategy for developing a
growing youth ministry
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with students while coming alongside them as they
explore their faith and come to find their identity in Jesus
• Promote an environment where students and families feel a connection with each
other and are engaged in the life of the greater church
• Work alongside existing volunteers while recruiting others who are called to youth
ministry
• Organize effective youth programs, implementing biblical teaching, discipleship,
mission opportunities, fellowship, and fun
• Attend weekly worship and seek-out students to connect with them and invite them
into fellowship opportunities
The ideal candidate has experience with youth ministry and will bring creativity and
energy to our developing program. He/she will participate in the life, ministry, and
fellowship at Grace.
Grace Community Covenant Church has emerged from the global pandemic on a solid
foundation, with a motivated lead pastor who joined Grace in 2021 and a leadership
