As a multi-generational church, Centennial Covenant desires to pass on a vibrant legacy of faith in Jesus Christ from
one generation to the next. The primary role of the Youth Pastor is to build a growing and healthy ministry of
Spiritual transformation and leadership development with students grades 6-12. The person in this position will
provide Christ-centered, enthusiastic leadership while developing a highly relational program with both students
and volunteer leadership teams. This is a ¾ time exempt position.
