Position Purpose:
WealthBuilders is a faith-based non-profit that is looking for a Social Media Manager Coordinator. One who will implement WealthBuilders’ Social Media marketing strategies. Administration Responsibilities include creating and posting content following set content approved strategy, developing brand awareness through social media, generating inbound traffic, recommending ideas to improve social media engagement that cultivates a relationship with the WealthBuilders followers, develop leads to broaden the audience, and generate sales. The Social Media Coordinator is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing WealthBuilders content strategy and creating relevant content.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Manage Coordinate Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

-Curate relevant content to reach the WealthBuilders’ ideal customers.

-Create, curate, and manage to oversee all published online media content (images and video). Work alongside copywriter for written content.

-Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

-Develop and expand online presence.
Oversee and create post and page design graphics and overall design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, and Twitter profile).

-Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

-Compile report for management showing results (ROI).

-Engaging Engage in audience dialogues and answering questions where appropriate from different social media platforms.

-Demonstrate ability to map out marketing and implement approved social media strategy, and then drive that strategy and proven by measure effectiveness with testing and metrics.

-Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

-Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business.

-Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

-Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
-Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.


Qualifications:
-Strong communication and writing skills.
-Detail-oriented.
-Proficient in Adobe Suites.
-Proficient in Canva Professional.
-Takes Initiative.
-Team Player.
-Quick Learner.
-Possesses knowledge and experience in digital marketing.
-Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
-Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
-Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
-Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
-Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
-Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.


Minimum Requirements:

-4 year degree desired, but not required.
-3+ years of social media management experience.
Multitasking skills.
-Knowledge of Facebook’s advertisement platform


Salary: Starting at $17/hr
