As we enter 2025, Denver Seminary welcomes Dr. Mark Husbands as our eighth president. Reflecting on his leadership journey and personal life, Dr. Husbands shares his vision for the Seminary, focusing on deepening its commitment to its mission and vision, fostering leadership development, and providing gospel-centered education for diverse vocational callings. He emphasizes the importance of participating in God’s work of reconciliation, where justification and justice meet. Dr. Husbands also highlights the value of a clear mission and vision to guide and equip students, the evolving role of seminaries in preparing both pastors and professionals to integrate faith into their work, and the Seminary’s vital partnership with the Church as part of the body of Christ.
