The purpose of the Young Life Scholarship is to provide scholarship assistance for students who exhibit a heart for evangelism and the desire to work with youth. Recipients of this scholarship are full-time students in good academic standing who commit to serving a minimum of 20 hours per week at a Littleton High School under the supervision of Young Life Littleton. This scholarship beautifully integrates Denver Seminary’s mission with the mission of Young Life by engaging the needs of youth through the redemptive power of the gospel and the life-changing truth of Scripture.
“Today, I am continually inspired by the ways God uses our hurt and our weakness to reveal the majesty of his power and the depths of his love. I hope that by stepping into this calling of counseling, the Lord will use me in the lives of others so that they, too, can experience healing, redemption, and the radical acceptance and love of Christ. Words cannot describe my gratitude for your gift of this scholarship. This phase of my journey would not be possible without your generosity.”
