Littleton, Colo. -Believers in Christ who are seeking a sense of purpose and fresh understanding about where they fit in God’s plan may be interested in exploring more in Denver Seminary President Dr. Mark Young’s new book One True Story, One True God: What the Bible Is All About. The book, published by Our Daily Bread publishing, is available today in paperback and ebook at Our Daily Bread, Amazon, and other booksellers.

“When it comes to the Bible, it’s easy to miss the forest for the trees,” said Dr. Joseph Dodson, associate professor of New Testament, Denver Seminary. “But in One True Story, One True God, Dr. Young takes us above the treeline to trace the spine of the all-embracing narrative.”

One True Story, One True God shows how God has moved through history with redemptive intent for all people. From Adam’s creation to Jesus’s return, the book shows where we’ve been, where we are, and where we are going. Through the historical context of God’s redemption plan, readers find a fresh understanding of God’s big story and where they fit in it.

“The story of God’s redemptive mission has changed me,” says Young. “It’s changed the way I pray, the way I give, the way I spend my time, and the way I interact with others.”
