    In an exploration of the significance of feedback in personal growth and development, Training and Mentoring faculty Prof. Debra Anderson, Dr. Teri Elliott-Hart, and Prof. Nathan Scherrer, joined for Engage360 episode 118 to discuss how feedback contributes to increased self-awareness, and to provide insights into the dynamics of giving and receiving feedback effectively. They also highlighting that true self-awareness requires input from various sources, including mentors, peers, and the Holy Spirit.

In Engage360 episode 117, author Ellen Wildman, MA, Biblical and Theological Studies, shares a bit about her journey at Denver Seminary, where she found her voice and was encouraged by professors and fellow students. Ellen emphasizes that theology is for everyone and wants women to recognize that they have a place at the table when it comes to theology as they hone their ability to study, interpret, and apply God's word. Through her work, Ellen aims to demystify theology, making it more accessible and exciting for everyone.

In this alumni spotlight episode of Engage360, David Swenson, MA in Theology, co-founder of Thrive Tutoring and co-pastor of Coram Deo, shares about the way his team has built their church centered around communities of small groups of people in close relationship with one another with a focus on developing leaders.

He also discusses being a bi-vocational pastor, the importance of diversity in churches, and the difference between given authority and earned authority.
