Denver Seminary appoints Tammy Boyle Vice President of Advancement

Vice President of Advancement,
effective July 13, 2026
Denver Seminary announced that Tammy Boyle has accepted the role of Vice President of Advancement, effective Monday, July 13, 2026. Boyle joins the seminary’s Executive Leadership Team following a national search conducted with CarterBaldwin.
Boyle brings nearly two decades of development leadership across faith-based and nonprofit organizations. She most recently served as Chief Development Officer at Unbound Now, an anti-human trafficking organization, where she built the organization’s development and marketing function from its founding and exceeded its annual fundraising goal by $200,000. Before that, she spent thirteen years at Prison Fellowship, rising to Vice President of Development and overseeing a team of twenty-six that generated $20 million annually in major, mid-level, and planned giving. Earlier in her career, she led development at Life Teen International and at The Logan School for Creative Learning, where she managed a $5 million capital campaign and exceeded it by half a million dollars within eighteen months.
Boyle steps into the role as Denver Seminary enters a new season of advancement work, building on years of sustained generosity from donors who have partnered with the institution’s mission. She will lead the development of a major gift pipeline supporting endowment growth, scholarship funding, and the seminary’s Charter priorities, including the Young Center for Gospel and Culture.
“Tammy sees her work as a form of ministry — an invitation into a deeper relationship with God and the work of the kingdom. Tammy loves to meet donors, to listen to their stories of God’s faithfulness, and to invite them into deeper partnership with Christ through the ministry and work of Denver Seminary. Friends of Denver Seminary will meet someone who is warm, deeply capable, and fully present with the people she serves. It is a joy to welcome Tammy into the Denver Seminary community and to introduce her to wonderfully faithful and Gospel-focused donors that generously support our work,” said Dr. Mark Husbands, President of Denver Seminary.
