This is a part time position with Approximately 10 hours per week for 40 weeks.
General Statement of Job Function
The Research Assistant– Korean Global Campus provides the knowledge and technical expertise required to support the Initiative in a particular subject or discipline.
Essential Functions
- Provides the assistance necessary to support KGC courses: duties including, but not limited to, document translation, proofreading, organizing, researching, and reporting.
- Prepares KGC textbooks and course materials as requested and updates the KGC library.
- Assists with collecting and compiling program stories and data for marketing and reporting purposes.
- Supports the planning and execution of events such as PRS forums, seminars, and student/alumni gatherings.
- Provides logistical support for event setup, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Education/Training
- Denver Seminary student or alumnus preferred.
- Assistant must show proven skills in research and administrative support.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.

- Proven skills in research and administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Accepts supervision and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Typical Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Normal office working conditions including computer usage may require occasional standing, walking, long periods of sitting, climbing stairs, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
