Denver Seminary invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Counseling Division. Essential Responsibilities:
As a faculty member in the Counseling Division, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of professional counselors by:
- Delivering high-impact teaching (18 credit hours per academic year) in graduate-level courses.
- Mentoring students holistically—academically, professionally, and spiritually.
- Contributing to scholarship through research, writing, and conference presentations.
- Integrating faith and counseling practice in a way that prepares students for real-world impact.
- Serving the Seminary community through committee work, accreditation support, and faculty collaboration.

Salary Range: $65K-$95K
Compensation: Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Includes a full benefits package, including relocation/ housing assistance (if needed) and access to professional development support.
