How to Develop Healthy Boundaries for Your Soul—A Christian Approach to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model of Therapy
Special Guest
Dr. Alison Cook is a psychotherapist, best-selling author, and host of the top-ranked The Best of You podcast.

We all carry burdens—stories, emotions, and beliefs—that can keep us from living with the freedom, clarity, and connection we were made for. This experiential workshop introduces a Christian approach to caring for those burdened parts of the soul, based on the fast-growing Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
You’ll learn about the three parts of the soul and walk through the “Five Steps of Taking a You-Turn”—a practical, grace-filled process for setting healthy boundaries and forming secure attachment within. Through teaching, guided reflection, and interactive practice, you’ll discover how to befriend the hurting parts of your inner world and welcome God’s presence with deeper compassion, curiosity, and peace.
