Mental Health Symposium: Secure & Sound: Cultivating Mental Health and Safety in Christian Schools
Co-Hosted by ACSI and SCMHI

Denver Seminary is honored to partner with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) to co-host this one-day Mental Health Symposium, bringing together Christian school leaders, educators, counselors, and student-support professionals for a day of biblical, research-informed learning. Rooted in Denver Seminary’s commitment to equip ministry and marketplace leaders, this event integrates practical tools, theological reflection, and evidence-based approaches to strengthen mental health and safety within Christian school communities.
Participants will hear from trusted voices—including Denver Seminary faculty and practitioners—
through compelling keynotes, interactive breakout sessions, and panel discussions. Together, we will explore the current landscape of youth mental health, policy development, trauma-informed care, student and faculty well-being, and best practices in school safety. This collaborative effort seeks to help Christian schools cultivate environments where students and staff are supported holistically—mind, body, and spirit—and where Christ-centered care leads to flourishing.
