From Dysregulation to Renewal: Counseling Strategies for Co-Occurring Trauma and Addiction
with Special Guest Jordan Cienski LPC-S, LCDC
This CE presentation explores the intersection of trauma and addiction, highlighting the neurobiological, psychological, and relational dynamics that drive the cycles of both suffering and recovery. Together, we’ll explore how trauma-informed and addiction recovery frameworks integrate to support holistic healing. This session will equip participants with evidence-based tools to help clients reclaim agency, rebuild trust, and experience redemptive transformation in the process of recovery.
