Keith is a native of Williamston, NC. Before retiring, he spent over thirty years as an engineer and was promoted to senior level executive for the Department of Defense. Always staying connected to the church, he has served as minister of music, Trustee, and minister to men to name a few. His most rewarding position has been as pastor since 2009 along with his wife, Rev. Iantha. Together, they serve as a clergy couple at Refuge Church Ministries II in Glen Burnie, MD.
