Dr. Jim Howard holds a BS in business administration from Regis University, a Bachelor of Christian Ministry from Colorado Christian University, an MBA in accounting and finance from Regis University, and a ThM and PhD, both in New Testament Studies, from Dallas Theological Seminary. Dr. Howard was in the Navy, and has worked in nuclear engineering, as a missionary in Germany, at Colorado Christian University, and as VP of Advancement at Denver Seminary. He now serves as the senior pastor at Dillon Community Church in Dillon, Colorado.
Dr. Howard and his first wife, Judy, had two children together before she passed away. He and his second wife, Nancy, had two more children. Their four children are all now married, and Dr. Howard and Nancy now have eleven grandchildren.
