Matt is the Lead Pastor of Arise Church Denver, and he loves communicating God’s Word, coaching leaders, and helping people follow Jesus. Matt previously served as a pastor in Nebraska. He currently also serves as an adjunct professor at Denver Seminary in Homiletics. Matt has a BA in Speech Communication from Colorado State University, an MDiv from Denver Seminary, and a DMin from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. He and his wife Melissa have three kids: seven-year-old McKinley and four-year-old twins Canaan and Evie.
