Converge Rocky Mountain
The Converge Rocky Mountain Executive Assistant orchestrates smooth interaction between Converge Rocky Mountain staff and partner churches. Together we are seeking to transform lives and communities for God’s glory throughout the Rocky Mountain West and beyond. The Executive Assistant must enjoy a fast-paced work environment. A wide range of responsibilities includes information and people management, event planning, web updating, creating and refining office systems, and facilitating helpful partner church interaction. Excellent people and writing skills are needed to be successful in this position. The Executive Assistant works closely with the CRM Regional President, assisting him with a variety of tasks. Since the Regional President is often traveling, the Executive Assistant must be a self-starter, self-supervised, and maintain a strong work ethic to carry projects to completion. They should also like to have fun. Applicants must agree with the Converge Statement of Faith and the vision/values of Converge Rocky Mountain. They must also be skilled with Microsoft Office Word, and Planning Center. The position is full-time, with a possible hybrid option of three days in the Mission Hills office and two days from home. The hourly wage is $22.50, with vacation time. No health benefits are provided.
