Description:

The First Baptist Church in Watertown, SD, is a Biblically-based, caring congregation in the process of searching for a part-time pastor. The church is affiliated with American Baptist Churches of the Dakotas, and ABCUSA. The congregation desires a pastor who is gifted in preaching, church growth, nurturing fellowship, and evangelism. The pastor will be expected to work 20-25 hours per week (flex schedule), with a compensation package in the range of $27,000 – $30,000.
