At Denver Seminary’s option, Denver Seminary may record the personally-identifiable and non-personally-identifiable information obtained via the SITE. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to anyone or any entity, and access to this information is explicitly restricted to employees of Denver Seminary who have a specific, job-related need for this same information, with the exception of any information in OurDenSem that users self-declare as publically available to other members of OurDenSem. In addition, this SITE is protected to help prevent unauthorized access by all others. Further, Denver Seminary reserves the right at all times to disclose any material or information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or US federal order. Denver Seminary reserves the right to collect, use, and distribute demographic data about you, the USER, and your use of the SITE in forms that do not identify you individually or reveal your personal identity.

Sexual Misconduct and Title IX
Denver Seminary is committed to providing a non-discriminatory and harassment-free educational, living and working environment for all members of the Denver Seminary community, including students, faculty, administrators, staff, and visitors. Specifically, this Denver Seminary Sexual Misconduct Policy prohibits all forms of sexual or gender-based harassment, discrimination or misconduct, including sexual violence, sexual assault, stalking and intimate partner violence. Misconduct of this nature is contrary to Denver Seminary’s institutional and Christian values and prohibited by state and federal law.
