“And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with God.” These words from Micah 6:8 not only call followers of Christ to pursue justice, but also express the heart of God for justice. Why is justice work so difficult to pursue together? How can we engage in conversations that arise in broader society on difficult topics about race in a way that honors God.

Dr. Patty Pell, assistant professor of Theology, Justice, and Advocacy and executive director of The Gospel Initiative, will be part of a diverse group of guests for a virtual roundtable on November 14, at 2pm MT. Together they will explore how Christians can pursue justice together and model how believers can engage differences through respectful conversation. This webinar is co-hosted by the National Association of Evangelicals and Denver Seminary.
