Purpose: Denver Seminary expects employees to maintain high standards of integrity in all areas of life, including interpersonal and community relationships, academic work, and ministry.
Scope: This policy applies to all employees of Denver Seminary.
General Policy: All staff and faculty are expected to live exemplary Christian lives, practicing respect and concern for all people, honesty, appropriate behavior, and wise judgment as outlined in the Scriptures.
General Procedures:
- The Denver Seminary Community Values and Behavioral Commitment will be made available to prospective and new employees. New employees will be asked to read and acknowledge understanding of the guidelines and the related Statement on Human Sexuality.
- Current employees will annually acknowledge their adherence to and continued understanding of the guidelines.
- Acknowledgements will be retained by the Human Resources Office
