Lori Mack Appointed Vice President of People and Culture

At Denver Seminary, our people are our greatest resource, and the ongoing formation of a deeply Christ-centered culture is one of our most enduring strengths. We are thrilled to announce that Lori Mack has been appointed as Denver Seminary’s first Vice President of People and Culture, effective July 1, 2025. In this role, Lori will serve an advisory role to the President as a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
This appointment coincides with an important shift in how we approach the life and health of our employee community. As part of our ongoing commitment to cultivating a Christ-centered workplace, the Human Resources Office will become the Office of People and Culture. This name change reflects a broader vision that sees our employees not simply as professionals, but as whole people made in the image of God, called into meaningful work and ongoing growth. Lori’s blend of strategic leadership, deep spiritual formation, and care for people makes her uniquely equipped to lead this new department with wisdom and grace.

Lori brings more than 26 years of human resources leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and educational sectors. Before joining Denver Seminary, she served as Director of Human Resources at BluSky Restoration Contractors, where she oversaw HR operations for more than 2,500 employees across 41 offices nationwide.
Since joining the Seminary, Lori has made a meaningful impact. She has served in the role as HR Director, while pursuing an MA in Theology, Justice and Social Advocacy, beginning the program after completing the Seminary’s Lay Ministry certificate. Urban Ministry. Her academic and spiritual journey reflects a desire to integrate organizational development with the redemptive presence of the Gospel.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lori has been selected to participate in the National Association of Evangelicals/Fuller Center for Spiritual Formation and has served as a Minister in Training and Strategic Advisor to the board of Restoration Christian Fellowship.
