This certificate is for students who want to be competent leaders with integrity and a holy imagination. This program prepares students to design, implement, and assess a culturally-engaged, digitally-informed, and gospel-centered leadership philosophy. Students will engage evangelical thoughts and contemporary leadership theory to develop a framework for Jesus-shaped leadership strategy. This certificate requires the following courses: LD 501.3 Theological and Theoretical Foundations of Leadership (3); LD 550 Formational Leadership (3); LD 600 Power, Change, and Conflict (3); Organizational Leadership (3); Current Issues in Leadership (3).
